Job Title: Salesforce Platform Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) 
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually 
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and balances declarative-first thinking with the willingness to write code where it provides clear value. 
Required Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
  • Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 
  • Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits. 
  • Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript. 
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. 
  • Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing. 
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development. 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. 
  • Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing). 
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. 
  • Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development. 
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
