About the Role:

Enova seeks a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem in alignment with the needs of our business. This role will support the execution of our existing Salesforce strategy, identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and enhanced functionality. This individual will bring a strong technical skill set that will enable us to improve integrations across platforms, enhance analytics and reporting, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to the dev team in areas of design and delivery.
  • Work with other teams to coordinate, design, and deliver an end-to-end solution. 
  • Determine the technical approach, direction, and implementation to ensure scalable design and technical standards.
  • Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture in a variety of forums, including Architectural Governance meetings, and Internal Quality Assurance reviews.
  • Generate and review designs to ensure they adhere to best practices and align with business goals.
  • Be the key escalation point for technical and architectural issues.
  • Provide knowledge and guidance to the team on Salesforce security best practices, integration patterns and best practices, development, and coding standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years dedicated to Salesforce, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Ideally, the successful candidate will also bring prior experience in broader software engineering roles. 
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce technical capabilities with a proven track record of delivery
  • Solid knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Gearset (CI/CD)
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrating with external systems (on-prem and Cloud AWS) using synchronous or asynchronous (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and AWS)
  • Skilled in Salesforce automation tools, analytics, and declarative development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and create comprehensive architectural documentation.
  • Proven leadership in guiding development teams, overseeing Salesforce projects, and working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong team collaboration, mentoring, and team building skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to staying current with Salesforce releases, new features, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $116,000 to $160,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
