KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Activate Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology, project governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cloud ERP transformation programs.

This role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations while ensuring successful adoption of SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP GROW implementation projects utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.

  • Manage all project phases including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery milestones.

  • Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and support business process alignment with SAP best practices.

  • Coordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management workstreams.

  • Monitor project scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Conduct project governance meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive status reviews.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP implementation standards, quality controls, and delivery governance.

  • Manage client communications and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery.

  • Drive cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, deployment activities, and hypercare support.

  • Collaborate with SAP, implementation partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Promote Clean Core principles and cloud-first implementation strategies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of SAP project management experience.

  • Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ERP implementation projects.

  • Hands-on experience applying SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience leading cloud ERP transformation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

  • Experience working with global and distributed teams.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Activate Project Manager Certification (Highly Preferred).

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experience.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

  • Experience managing multi-country or global deployments.

  • Consulting or System Integrator background.
