KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Advisory Consultant – SAP GROW to provide strategic guidance to organizations evaluating, planning, and implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (SAP GROW) solutions. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams, helping clients align business objectives with SAP best practices and cloud transformation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business process expertise, SAP Cloud knowledge, transformation advisory experience, and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders to drive successful ERP modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
  • Advise clients on SAP GROW adoption strategies, business transformation initiatives, and cloud ERP roadmaps.

  • Conduct executive workshops, discovery sessions, and transformation assessments.

  • Evaluate current-state business processes and recommend future-state operating models aligned with SAP best practices.

  • Develop business cases, value realization plans, and ERP transformation strategies.

  • Provide guidance on organizational readiness, governance, and change management.

SAP GROW Transformation Guidance
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard discussions and advocate SAP standard processes.

  • Help clients understand SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition capabilities and implementation approaches.

  • Advise on process harmonization, standardization, and operational improvements.

  • Recommend clean-core strategies and cloud-first transformation principles.

  • Support decision-making regarding scope, priorities, risks, and implementation readiness.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, business leaders, and transformation teams.

  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive presentations.

  • Communicate business benefits, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Align SAP transformation initiatives with organizational goals and growth objectives.

Program Support
  • Review implementation plans, project governance structures, and transformation roadmaps.

  • Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Support project teams with strategic guidance during planning, execution, and adoption phases.

  • Provide independent advisory oversight to help ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP consulting, transformation, or advisory experience.

  • Strong experience with:

    • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

    • SAP GROW

    • Business Transformation

    • ERP Strategy & Roadmapping

    • Organizational Change Management

    • Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Proven ability to lead business process transformation discussions across multiple functional areas.

  • Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Certification.

  • SAP Activate Methodology knowledge.

  • Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Professional Services, Consumer Products, or High-Growth Companies.

  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

  • MBA or advanced business degree.

  • Experience supporting multiple SAP Cloud transformation programs.
