Our clients love the platform, and it's incredibly rewarding to guide them to success while driving real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of early adopter and expansion accounts — driving adoption, retention, renewals, and growth.

  • Identify signals for expansion and execute upsells, cross-sells, and outbound campaigns to generate additional revenue.

  • Experience in high-volume, high-velocity environments, including outbound prospecting.

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle and build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills with credibility across leadership levels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and high energy.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

What monday.com can offer you:

  • Join a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate - not just things we put on a wall

  • Work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI, where what you ship reaches hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide

  • Competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility for many roles — we believe people should share in our success

  • Grow fast through a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons - the industry moves quick and so do we

  • A collaborative, global culture backed by Employee Resource Groups and workplace teams across New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more

The compensation for this role is structured as approximately 60% base salary and 40% variable on-target earnings (OTE). The base salary range for this position is: $97,000-$139,000, with OTE potential of $163,000-$233,000. OTE earnings are tied to individual performance pursuant to company policy. In addition, this role is eligible for accelerators and may also include equity in the form of RSUs. monday.com offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, personal leave and sick leave), fully paid parental leave, automatic 401(k) contributions, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount (ESPP), and more. What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
