What You Will Accomplish
- Lead and Develop the SDR Team: Manage and mentor a team of 4+ SDRs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to drive individual and team success.
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Develop strategies to maximize pipeline generation, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs for meetings booked and qualified opportunities created.
- Optimize Processes: Analyze and refine outreach processes, leveraging data to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and lead handoff processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on SDR performance, using metrics to inform coaching and strategic decisions.
