  • Drive customer re-engagement initiatives designed to increase platform adoption and revenue growth.

  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the ISN product suite.

  • Own the full customer revenue lifecycle, including re-engagement, expansion, renewal, retention, and growth activities.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

  • New Business Development

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations tailored to customer business objectives.

  • Develop and deliver ROI-focused presentations that clearly articulate the value of the ISN platform.

  • Customer & Executive Relationship Management

  • Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and business performance reporting.

  • Ensure all sales activities are documented and managed in accordance with company processes.

  • Industry Engagement

  • Represent ISN at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and networking opportunities.

  • Build brand awareness and generate pipeline opportunities through industry participation.

  • Travel is expected up to 35% annually and may include customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and company events.

What You Will Bring as a Senior Account Manager

  • Direct experience within the home inspection software industry, including familiarity with ISN, Spectora, HomeGauge, or similar industry platforms.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, account expansion, and competitive displacement.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with business owners, franchise operators, and executive-level leaders.

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and business reviews.
