As a member of our team, the Senior Accounting Manager is an individual contributor, responsible for financial reporting related to long-lived assets in the Company's Form 10-Q and 10-K.

Responsibilities
  • Reviews fixed asset, goodwill, and intangible asset accounting records and analysis to ensure compliance with accounting policies and guidelines. Drives resolution of business partners/stakeholders inquiries, accounting deviations, and data anomalies.
  • Lead coordination of consolidated close and review process to ensure that our financial results are stated accurately and in accordance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley ACT ("SOX") requirements.
  • Prepares and reviews complex financial statements and drafts disclosures for regulatory accounting filings. Provide support for audits.
  • Lead policy reviews and fields complex questions from business partners to ensure alignment with accounting standards and guidelines.
  • Contributes to process-improvement efforts by collecting and reviewing business partner and team feedback, as well as incorporating industry optimal practices. Identifies, evaluates, and leverages technology that could automate or speed up internal processes.
  • Performs gap analysis and helps business process owners design and implement financial controls for SOX cycles.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 6+ years accounting or finance experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting /Finance, or related field AND 8+ years accounting or finance experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent.
  • Fixed asset, goodwill, and intangible asset accounting, reporting, and analysis and controls for multinational companies transacting in multiple currencies.
  • Advanced skills in applications, such as Excel and PowerBI.
  • Large scale ERP experience e.g., SAP.
  • Solid cross group collaboration, interpersonal skills, and passion to drive execution and results across multiple teams and business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to dive into details and get things done.
  • Ability to deeply understand and anticipate issues, as well as prioritize and define a course of action in evolving areas.

Accounting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
