ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance to join our growing team at Juul Labs, reporting to the Director or Senior Manager, Commercial Finance. The Senior Analyst will support the Commercial Finance organization in enhancing its forecasting and promotional support activities. The Senior Analyst should be a strong communicator who is able to work effectively with peers and executive management alike in a high-paced global environment. The Senior Analyst is flexible and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes. Cross-functional communication skills and experience are essential. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Responsible for revenue and contra-revenue forecasting for annual operating plan and strategic plan
  • Provide accounting, forecasting, and financial support for International legal entities in the UK and Canada
  • Ensure forecasting & accounting for revenue and promotions is conducted in accordance with US GAAP
  • Drive overall system/process improvements and streamline forecasting models, processes, and procedures
  • Build financial models to calculate ROI on Commercial promotional investments
  • Oversee and manage process for marketing and sales operational expenditure forecasting
  • Work cross functionally with the Commercial Leadership Team to provide input on promotional programs organization, communication, and management
  • Ability to recognize problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions, and effectively present information to managers, peers, and customers
  • Special projects at the request of Management
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice 

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 4+ years of increasing responsibility within Finance and Accounting roles, preferably with a revenue focus
  • Consumer Products industry experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting, excellent technical accounting skills is a plus
  • Excellent Excel and modeling skills
  • Experience with varying ERP systems
  • Strong presentation skills, with a focus on demonstrated results in influencing leadership
  • Self-motivated, team player, with a strong desire to learn new skills and grow
  • Willingness to work and collaborate with peers and team members in different time zones
  • Ability to multi-task or focus on detailed problems, and tenacity to drive issues until resolved 

EDUCATION: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master’s degree and/or CPA is a plus

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given
geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
