Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Finance & Analytics to help drive data-informed decision making across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance. This role will play a critical part in supporting a growing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy by delivering actionable insights, performance reporting, and financial analysis that help optimize commercial investments and improve revenue outcomes. 

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, building dashboards, identifying trends, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to solve business problems. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop expertise at the intersection of finance, analytics, sales, and marketing. 

The Gig: 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that provide visibility into GTM performance. 
  • Analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing engagement, and sales productivity trends. 
  • Compile and validate data from Salesforce, BI tools, financial systems, and other business platforms. 
  • Deliver insights that help stakeholders understand performance drivers and business opportunities. 

ABM Measurement & Insights 

  • Support the measurement and reporting framework for Account-Based Marketing initiatives. 
  • Analyze account engagement, buying-group activity, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Assist with ROI analysis for marketing programs and strategic account investments. 
  • Monitor performance against key GTM and ABM metrics and highlight areas for improvement. 

Cross-Functional Partnership 

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to address reporting and analytical needs. 
  • Support business reviews, planning cycles, and performance discussions through data-driven analysis. 
  • Translate findings into clear and concise presentations and business recommendations. 
  • Help promote consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across teams. 

Financial & Operational Analysis 

  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities related to GTM investments. 
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to evaluate business initiatives, growth opportunities, and performance trends. 
  • Develop financial models that connect commercial activities to business outcomes. 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help automate manual reporting processes. 

What you need to make the cut:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical role. 
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills. 
  • Experience working with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms. 
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Naturally curious and analytical. 
  • Strong problem-solving mindset. 
  • Effective communicator who can translate data into business insights. 
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working across departments. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Comfortable learning new tools, processes, and business concepts. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or B2B organizations. 
  • Familiarity with marketing, sales, pipeline, or revenue performance metrics. 
  • Exposure to Account-Based Marketing concepts and measurement approaches. 
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, or other analytical tools. 
  • Experience creating executive-ready reporting and presentations. 

The pay range for this position is 70K to 104K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). 

This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
