Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, FP&A is an individual contributor role supporting CVS Health’s PSS Financial Operations. This role will support annual planning, forecasting, and regular monthly close and reporting requirements for our Clinical Operations team. The position requires a motivated problem solver, an individual willing to dig in & use data to influence decision making

What you will do

  • Assisting in the development and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans by collaborating with stakeholders to gather inputs, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for financial targets and resource allocation.
  • Perform financial analysis including conducting research, identifying, designing, and implementing applications and tools to fulfill reporting and analysis needs.
  • Support the forecasting process by analyzing trends, identifying key drivers, and preparing financial models to evaluate different scenarios and their impact on financial outcomes.
  • Implement improvements in forecasting methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques to enhance forecasting capabilities.
  • Edit and improve team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and implement changes to optimize team performance.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis for internal management team and external customers.
  • Taking ownership of the budget and financial forecasting models in order to present accurate representation of future business performance
  • Meeting with operational business partners to provide insight into business performance and help influence strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years work experience in Finance, Pharma and/or PBM experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Experience with AO/SAP S4 strongly preferred
  • Previous experience utilizing Power BI/Tableau or related data gathering tools

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferred specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
