BooksTime is a fast-growing, US-based accounting company with offices in Ukraine, the Philippines and the UAE. We are continually expanding our global presence and proudly providing services to over 500 clients (the majority based in the United States), and collaborating closely with a number of U.S.- based CPAs. We specialize in delivering tailored accounting outsourcing services for small and medium-sized businesses. Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or similar course
-
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
-
Minimum 3 years of end-to-end accounting experience
-
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
-
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
-
Excellent English communication skills
-
Experience working with clients directly, familiarity with US GAAP, and SMEs
-
Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

Experience in a multicultural work environment

CPA or equivalent certification
-
Proficiency or certification in QuickBooks / Xero
-
Experience with 3rd-party applications such as Gusto, Bill.com, Stripe, etc.
