ABOUT KALLES GROUP:

Everyone deserves to be secure. Our mission at Kalles Group is to help secure the future for companies of all shapes and sizes.

While our expertise spans multiple disciplines, our method remains consistent: building trust and relationship with people -- whether you are a client, a consultant, or--in this case--a candidate.

No matter what role you come from--whether you're an executive or just starting your career-you can expect our highest level of attention and respect. We want to find the right fit for each role, but we also want you to find the right fit for your career.

We believe the best way to show you what our team is like is to treat you like you're already a part of it. We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group—and having fun while doing it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Discovery & Needs Assessment: Partner with teams to understand their goals, workflows, and pain points, and identify where AI and technology tools can meaningfully support their work.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with teams you support, translate needs into clear enablement plans. When a need goes beyond enablement into build or configuration territory, you will loop in the right delivery team.
  • Training & Workshops: Design and deliver training sessions, hands-on workshops, and other learning experiences that make technology feel practical and accessible for everyday business users.
  • Content & Communications: Develop practical, easy-to-follow resources including guides, playbooks, and reference docs, and write communications that keep business users in the loop on tools, updates, and what is available to them.
  • Business User Support: Field questions from business users across the organization, helping them get unstuck and get the most out of the tools available to them.
  • Staying Current on Tools & Technology: Keep up with new features, tool updates, and changes across the AI and M365 landscape. Pick up new technology quickly and help business users understand what is new and how it applies to their work.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Measure the impact of enablement engagements, gather feedback from business users, and use insights to strengthen enablement support.

ABOUT YOU:

Your values:

  • Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
  • Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
  • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.

Your experience:

  • You know Microsoft 365 inside and out, especially Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and you are fluent in AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. You can demonstrate them in context, not just describe what they do.
  • You learn new technology fast. When a new feature drops or a tool changes, you pick it up on your own and figure out how to make it useful for the people you support.
  • You have experience designing and delivering training: workshops, lunch-and-learns, onboarding guides, quick reference resources, etc. You know how to meet people where they are and make technical concepts click.
  • You make technology accessible. Whether you are leading a workshop or writing a guide, you know how to communicate complex concepts in a way that resonates with everyday business users.
  • You are a strong discovery partner. You know how to ask the right questions, understand what a team really needs, and scope an engagement clearly before diving in.
  • You confidently manage relationships and engagements, keeping things organized, maintaining quality across multiple workstreams, and communicating proactively with stakeholders.
  • You are a natural collaborator. You enjoy working alongside other consultants, sharing what is working, and building on each other’s ideas and experiences.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Medical, dental, vision benefits programs.
  • 401(k) with matching.
  • 3 weeks of Paid Time Off, PLUS 8 paid company holidays and 2 flexible holidays for anything you want to celebrate!
  • Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work! We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family. We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.

LOCATION:

This role is hybrid and will require frequent on-site presence at our client's location in Seattle, WA.  We are only considering applicants that currently live in the greater Seattle area.

HOW TO APPLY:

Please fill out the form below (including uploading your most recent resume) and we'll be in touch! We know imposter syndrome can be a barrier to many great applicants. We hope you'll still consider applying. That's why we've made the application process as short and simple as possible.

Even if you're not a fit for the role, you can expect to hear back from us! We want you to have the best experience as a candidate, so please feel free to share feedback at any stage of the process to [email protected].

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
