Position Overview

Immunome is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join its legal team. This role is ideal for a legal professional who excels at managing contract lifecycles while also being able to provide broader support across corporate, transactional, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries and be comfortable supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities 

Contracts Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system (e.g., Ironclad), including contract intake, routing, tracking, and archiving.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate the execution of standard agreements, including NDAs, consulting agreements, SOWs, CTAs, MTAs, and vendor agreements.
  • Identify and assess legal and business risks and escalate as necessary. 
  • Ensure all contractual activities comply with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations, and industry best practices. 
  • Maintain accurate records of contract status, key terms, and renewal/termination dates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Finance, Clinical) to ensure timely and compliant contract processing, including renewal or cancellation of existing contracts.
  • Assist with improving and maintaining contract templates, playbooks, and process workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Paralegal certificate or JD, strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of contracts management experience, biotechnology or life sciences industry experience is required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Deep understanding of contract structures, terms, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Ironclad, ContractWorks).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills; capable of working collaboratively across departments.
  • Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct and ability to protect confidential information.
  • Familiarity with software tools like DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience supporting clinical trial or research-related contracts, preferred.
Washington State Pay Range
$160,776$190,776 USD
