Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 4 or 5) to join the Castings Contracts & Sourcing team located in Everett, WA.
The Castings Contracts & Sourcing team is seeking an experienced Contracts Procurement Agent to join our team. Primary duties include mentoring and supporting newer employees, managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, and negotiating cost recoveries, terms and conditions, and contract extensions. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:

• Develops procurement and supply chain solutions and contracting strategies for the Castings team in the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) organization.
• Mentors newer employees with respect to Contracts processes and negotiation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications.
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 7+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing
• 7+ years of experience negotiating & executing contracts
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates
• Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Finance or relevant Business field
• 10+ years experience in the above categories

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Level 4 - $125,000 - $146,000
Level 5 - $156,000 - $183,000
