What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the AI operating system built for modern ecommmerce. We help you see what's actually working in your business, what's not, and what to do next. Then we take action for you — pausing the underperforming ad, generating the next batch of creative, flagging the inventory risk before it bites.

We pull every signal in your business into one place, and put it on the most trusted measurement foundation in the industry. And on top of that, we give you the most actionable AI in commerce — Moby 2 — letting you tap any LLM you want, grounded in the full context of your business. Moby 2 doesn't just surface insights, it executes decisions for you, with automations that make the rest of your stack smarter.

The result: more than 60,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, OUAI, and True Classic turn mountains of complex data into actions that actually grow profit, at a speed and scale that is not humanly possible.

What You're Applying for

Triple Whale is building a brand that reaches marketers where they actually spend their time - and that means through the creators, operators, and voices they trust.

We’re looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator marketing engine. You’ll own how Triple Whale identifies, partners with, and activates creators across paid partnerships, affiliate programs, campaigns, and always-on relationships.

This isn’t about one-off influencer campaigns, it’s about making creator marketing a meaningful growth channel for Triple Whale. You’ll build a network of creators who know our brand, believe in what we’re building, and can bring Triple Whale to life for their audiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Own our creator marketing strategy & execution: Build the strategy for how Triple Whale works with creators across campaigns, then turn it into a repeatable program that drives measurable results.
  • Build our creator network: Build a trusted network of creators who consistently produce authentic content we can activate across launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Scale affiliate & creator partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage high-value creator and affiliate relationships, developing programs and incentives that create value for both creators and Triple Whale.
  • Run creator campaigns end-to-end: Own everything from creator sourcing and outreach to briefs, contracts, timelines, approvals, publishing, and reporting, making it easy for creators to do great work with us.
  • Match the right creator to the right moment: Partner closely with Social, Product Marketing, Content, and Ecosystem functions to bring creators into launches, campaigns, events, and content in ways that feel native rather than bolted on.
  • Measure what works and scale it: Define the KPIs for creator marketing, track performance across creators and programs, and continuously improve who we partner with, what we create, and where we invest.
What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate marketing
  • Proven experience building and scaling creator programs and relationships
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, understanding how to find the right voices and build relationships that last
  • Experience managing creator campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing to execution and measurement
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong creative instincts and a focus on measurable impact
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, building trust with creators and internal teams alike
  • High ownership mentality with a drive to build from the ground up
  • A nice to have: Existing relationships with creators in ecommerce community
  • A nice to have: Experience managing affiliate programs and performance-based creator partnerships
Our Values
  • We Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers.
  • We Move (Very!) Quickly: The speed at which we work, iterate, and deliver value is our most competitive advantage.
  • We Are Trustworthy: Candor, directness, and honest communication helps us learn, grow and improve so we can win together.
  • We Are Curious: We extend beyond our comfort zone and ask questions that guide us towards new, creative, and bold paths.
  • We Act Like A Mensch: We act with honor, integrity and empathy, and have deep respect for our customers and each other.

Base Compensation Range: $90,000 - $112,000

Our compensation ranges are set using benchmarks from growth-stage companies and factor in function, level, and location—so everything stays balanced and competitive. The range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary across all U.S. locations.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
