Agility’s commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers—tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Senior Demand Generation & Campaign Manager to own our multi-channel demand generation programs and full-funnel campaign strategy — spanning web, social, email, search (SEO/AEO/GEO), and paid media. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in campaign strategy and knows how to build programs that drive awareness and pipeline, with a data-driven approach to campaign execution, conversion rate optimization, and funnel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Support demand generation strategy & execution: support the planning, building, implementing, and measuring integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs — spanning web, organic/paid social, email, search, paid media, and webinars/events — to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Develop industry and persona-based strategies.
  • Paid media & performance marketing: launch paid media across social, search, display, and programmatic channels; manage budget allocation and partner with agencies on targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
  • Account-based marketing: assist in building account-based programs using buying signals, design multi-touch campaigns for complex buying committees, and collaborate with sales on account selection.
  • Manage the campaign calendar: maintain an integrated campaign calendar aligned to pipeline and revenue targets, company launches, and seasonal/industry moments.
  • Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): deliver against key metrics including pipeline generation targets, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and paid media ROI.
  • Optimize channel and funnel performance: design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across touchpoints (email, landing pages, ads, forms) to eliminate friction and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Evolve search strategy: evaluate emerging AEO and GEO practices alongside managing traditional SEO. Track buyer research behaviors across AI platforms (e.g., Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) to maintain visibility.

Content Strategy Support

  • Partner on funnel-stage content: collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Events to align full-funnel assets (blogs, ebooks, infographics, case studies, success stories, webinars, landing pages) with buyer needs across all channels. Direct and brief agencies on developing traffic drivers and campaign assets.
  • Inform the content roadmap: bring campaign and channel performance data to content planning so that content investment is prioritized around what buyers actually engage with and convert on.
  • Ensure message-market fit: work with content stakeholders to tailor messaging by persona, segment, and funnel stage across campaign touchpoints.

Sales Partnership & Enablement

  • Bridge marketing and sales: act as the connective tissue between demand generation and sales, ensuring campaigns are designed to support pipeline goals and GTM priorities.
  • Support sales enablement: partner with sales to translate campaigns into usable sales assets, talk tracks, and follow-up email sequences that help convert MQLs (marketing-generated leads).
  • Close the feedback loop: run regular syncs with sales leadership to review lead quality, campaign feedback, and pipeline impact, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or performance marketing, including managing paid media budgets, multi-channel programs, and ABM/enterprise initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.

Functional & Technical Competencies

  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: proven track record planning and executing integrated campaigns across web, email, social, paid, programmatic, and webinars/events.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing: hands-on experience managing paid channels and agencies, overseeing briefings, budget allocation, and performance accountability.
  • Marketing Automation, CRM & ABM Platforms: proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase); experience with lead scoring and lifecycle management a plus.
  • Sales Collaboration: experience partnering with sales and/or sales enablement teams to align campaigns with pipeline and goals.
  • Content Collaboration: experience briefing and collaborating with content/product marketing teams on funnel-stage content strategy.
  • Testing & Analytics: proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, along with strong analytical skills to track KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
  • SEO / AEO / GEO Knowledge: working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with emerging AEO/GEO practices for AI-driven search and discovery; experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, or Ahrefs a plus.
  • Professional Skills: strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
