Primary Duties & Responsibilities

 

    • Maintain a consolidated demand plan and provide visibility to Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. 

    • Support the monthly S&OP process by preparing demand inputs, reviewing forecast changes, and highlighting risks and opportunities. 

    • Monitor forecast accuracy, demand variability, backlog, and planning performance using dashboards and KPIs. 

    • Analyze demand trends and identify demand risks, upside opportunities, and mitigation plans. 

    • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to understand customer demand drivers and changing business priorities. 

    • Support capacity planning and product allocation decisions through data-driven demand analysis. 

    • Coordinate demand changes across manufacturing sites to improve demand-to-supply alignment. 

    • Prepare executive-ready reports, planning metrics, and demand review materials. 

    • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting, and data quality. 

    • Support implementation and adoption of planning tools, dashboards, and standard planning processes. 

    • Cross collaboration with functional stakeholders and suppliers across time zones. 

    • Monitor key supply and capacity constraints, proactive communication of impact to site planners and stakeholders, and support development of mitigation planning. 

    • Support product prioritization and allocation activities by preparing demand scenarios, analyzing trade-offs, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree: Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field required. 

  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent is a plus. 

  •  

Skills

  • 8–10 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, production planning, or related fields. 

  • Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred. 

  • Experience supporting S&OP, demand reviews, or integrated business planning processes preferred. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization. 

  • Experience with ERP systems and planning tools. 

    • Understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain planning principles. 

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau preferred. 

    • Experience with ERP and demand planning systems. 

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail. 

    • Self-motivated, collaborative, and accountable with strong follow-through.
