Senior Director, Global Accenture Lead

Location: United States

The Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) team accelerates Databricks' growth by building and managing relationships with the leading data technology services companies.

In this role, as our Global Accenture Lead, you will drive a high performing partnership focused on the strategic go-to market motions with Accenture and manage the Databricks Accenture Alliance team. You will lead this global partnership and implement a cohesive strategy to grow an iconic partnership focused on expanding mindshare, growing revenue, scaling Accenture's Data & Analytics practice and driving joint innovation. 

You will report to the VP of Global Systems Integrators.

The impact you will have:

  • You will expand and develop a partnership focused on delivering predictable and recurring growth within a mutually defined plan
  • You will manage a set of Partner Account Managers to execute a Global Strategy with Accenture
  • You will help accelerate Databricks' and the partner's adoption within new opportunities and use case expansion
  • You will develop a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion
  • You will secure investment and establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to market plans
  • You will launch go to market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos
  • You will create and foster executive level relationships at all levels within the partnership
  • You will create a mutually structured plan; track important metrics that address needs of partners and key team members across sales, customer success, training, marketing and product.

What we look for:

  • 10+ years experience in securing and supporting partnerships at global scale
  • Track record of success managing a Global Team
  • In-depth understanding of alliance/partner organization, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offering and joint value proposition.
  • Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud and analytics space
  • Global SI partner management experience spanning AMER, EMEA & APAC
  • Experience working and building unique channel relationships and complex contract negotiations
  • Experience working in a high growth, entrepreneurial organization that has seen scale from $500M-$2B
