Your Impact
As the Sr. Director of Product Management, you will:

  • Define the strategic vision for AI-powered automotive products, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, driving innovation and execution across engineering, design, and business units.
  • Collaborate with global automotive partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to evolving industry demands.
  • Shape and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI and automotive technologies to maintain Cerence AI’s leadership in the market.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering growth and collaboration.

What You Bring
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in:

  • Business modeling: Expertise in developing and analyzing business models that drive success.
  • Pricing strategies: Strong background in creating competitive pricing models for innovative products.
  • Product vision and roadmaps: Demonstrated ability to define and execute a long-term product strategy.
  • Leadership: Experience leading global teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Executing strategy: Proven ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable initiatives.
  • Customer engagement: Willingness to travel and collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Remote USA
Salary range of $198,000 - $317,000. (Actual salary will depend on experience and job-related factors.)
