Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn’t truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

What We Do:

We pride ourselves on partnering with healthcare leaders to assist in driving better outcomes, lowering total cost of care, and making behavioral health risk more predictable and transparent. NeuroFlow exists to make sure no one who needs behavioral health support falls through the cracks.

We build more than just engaging digital health tools for self-care: we create platforms that identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter and more efficient decisions. Together, NeuroFlow’s solutions arm healthcare organizations with the insights they need to overcome the systemic challenges in today’s healthcare ecosystem.

How We Do It:

The award-winning culture at NeuroFlow is one built around encouragement and daring to be great. Our core values have been displayed in our office since day one, and each team member is responsible for carrying out these values and keeping each other accountable to them. We succeed through our flexibility and agility, navigating and transforming an industry ripe for change where “no” or “can’t” is too often the default.  NeuroFlow offers unique opportunities to work in a fun and challenging fast-paced environment with direct, meaningful impact on helping to close the divide between mental and physical health.

How You Will Help:

We're seeking a strategic Senior Director of Revenue Operations to architect and scale our commercial engine, helping fuel our rapid growth as the leader in integrated behavioral health technology.  You'll be the operational architect behind our revenue growth, building intelligent systems and processes that enable our go-to-market teams to sell effectively and efficiently across providers, payors, and government agencies.

What You'll Do

  • You'll own building and refining the operational infrastructure that drives commercial success. This means designing deal desk processes that handle the unique complexities of healthcare purchasing cycles with a very broad solution footprint.
  • You'll build automation frameworks that eliminate friction from commercial workflows and leverage AI and modern tools to create competitive advantages in pipeline prediction, proposal generation, intelligent routing, and real-time deal visibility.
  • You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leadership to ensure seamless processes across the customer journey.
  • Your role is translating complex business requirements into scalable operational solutions while maintaining flexibility for different buyer personas and procurement processes across our diverse healthcare customer base.
  • You will partner with commercial leadership and finance to establish quotas and administer and refine incentive programs
  • You’ll support optimizing commercial capacity - market segmentation, territory design and data driven account prioritization

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations roles
  • 5+ years working with healthcare buyers (providers, payers, government agencies) in SaaS and/or technology enabled services
  • Experience working in early/growth stage businesses
  • Proven track record building and scaling deal desk functions including approval workflows, pricing governance, and exception management
  • Expert-level knowledge of modern revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong/Clari, others TBD)
  • Extensive experience implementing AI-powered tools and automation to improve commercial outcomes
  • Strong analytical capabilities: building models, creating executive dashboards, and uncovering actionable insights
  • Experience with complex healthcare deal structures including multi-year commitments and diverse payment models
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

Location:

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
