JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Senior Enablement Manager is to provide leadership, organization, strategy and coordination to support PMO’s key activities, including oversight of project management team, development of the project management team, project planning and governance in the designated region.
Responsibilities will include, ensuring all projects administered adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management This role also manages the change and promotes continuous improvement of project management related processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive alignment of enablement initiatives, operational readiness activities, and cross-functional execution plans with business strategy, customer commitments, and organizational priorities.
Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and PMO organizations to ensure integrated readiness planning and successful execution across programs and customer ramps.
Lead cross-functional enablement activities focused on capacity readiness, infrastructure readiness, supplier readiness, workforce readiness, and operational execution.
Establish and maintain integrated readiness governance, including executive reviews, escalation management, risk tracking, and milestone accountability.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and enterprise-level reporting to provide visibility into program health, readiness status, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution performance.
Monitor and evaluate readiness metrics, KPI’s, and operational indicators to identify gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Drive standardization and adoption of enablement processes, governance models, readiness frameworks, tools, and best practices across programs and sites.
Coordinate with Program Managers, Engineering Leads, Site Leadership, and Functional Teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements, operational capabilities, and execution readiness.
Lead readiness reviews and operational assessments to validate preparedness across infrastructure, equipment, materials, staffing, supply chain, and quality requirements.
Facilitate proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, issue resolution, and escalation management to support successful program execution.
Support resource planning and operational prioritization activities to ensure optimized utilization of people, systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
Provide leadership updates and actionable insights regarding program execution, operational risks, capacity constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive accountability and execution discipline across geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
Enable successful execution through structured communication, governance cadence, collaboration models, and operational alignment.
Coach and support cross-functional leaders and teams through complex operational and execution challenges while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Build strong working relationships across PMO, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, and Customer teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis, lessons learned, metrics management, and operational feedback loops.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and leadership teams to evaluate enablement effectiveness, operational readiness, and business impact.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, security standards, and operational procedures.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational agility, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced global environment.
Maintain a customer-first mindset by anticipating challenges, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring operational readiness commitments are achieved.
Solicit ongoing feedback from Business Units, stakeholders, peers, and customers to continuously improve enablement processes and execution effectiveness.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· Tracks, evaluates and reports on deliverable status from the region
· Create working relationships with project managers and other PMO’s
· Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
· Working closely with communications, stakeholders , and management to stay informed of important company information to evaluate and measure program effectiveness and impact on the business
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired)
· Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures required
· Expert knowledge of Jabil’s culture and guiding principles
· Must be adept at navigating the diversified landscape with respect to country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies
· Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required
· Previous experience in electronics manufacturing
· Prior experience in customer interface
· Strong operational and financial knowledge required
· Substantial knowledge of Jabil and demonstrated ability to leverage organization
· Consultative skills (ability to understand true customer needs)
· Good communications skills

· Demonstrated team leadership capabilities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree (Required), Master Degree (Preferred)
· PMP Certification (Highly Recommended)
· Minimum 7+ years project management experience or related discipline, AND Minimum three (3) years work-related experience required in a supervisory/management role (Required)
· Or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
