DLR Group is looking for a Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to advance firm-wide matters through intelligent marketing and brand positioning.

Position Summary:

The Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager leads firmwide marketing strategy and execution, advancing DLR Group’s brand and communicating the value of our integrated design model. This role translates business priorities into compelling content, coordinated campaigns, and measurable marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm’s visibility and positioning.

This individual will manage and mentor the enterprise marketing team, foster creative thinking, and collaborate with design and business leaders across DLR Group. You will connect ideas and expertise across sectors, disciplines, and services to bring our design story to life and advance our promise to elevate the human experience through design.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the development and execution of an annual enterprise marketing strategy and communications calendar aligned with DLR Group’s business goals, including thought leadership, awards, rankings, email campaigns, and web content.

  • Define and strengthen the firm’s enterprise value proposition, creating compelling messaging that communicates the benefits of integrated design.

  • Establish a creative vision for enterprise storytelling across digital and print channels, turning the firm’s expertise, research, and design achievements into engaging content.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop the enterprise marketing team, supporting hiring, onboarding, performance, and professional growth while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and creative culture.

  • Partner with leaders in research and development, sustainability, human resources, and design disciplines to identify differentiators and translate them into meaningful external communications.

  • Collaborate with sector marketing and pursuit leaders to identify shared priorities and develop initiatives that connect expertise across the firm.

  • Champion DLR Group’s brand standards, voice, and style by developing tools, guidance, and training to support consistent, high-quality marketing.

  • Partner with internal communications, media, and digital to coordinate campaigns, amplify stories, and expand the firm’s reach.

  • Establish KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and use insights to improve marketing effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.

  • Guide team priorities, resources, and workflows to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within scope while continually improving processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand, or communications, including leadership responsibilities. 

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies, content programs, and integrated campaigns aligned with business goals. 

  • Experience hiring, leading, mentoring, and managing teams, including colleagues working across multiple locations.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling communications. 

  • Proven ability to prioritize concurrent initiatives, manage resources, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and colleagues across disciplines. 

  • Experience establishing marketing KPIs and using performance data to inform decisions.

  • Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the architecture, engineering, construction, or design industry.

  • Experience leading enterprise marketing for a multidisciplinary professional services firm. 

  • Familiarity with thought leadership, industry awards and rankings, and marketing design expertise in professional services. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Teams.

  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint for information gathering and data management. 

  • Demonstrated growth mindset with a commitment to developing people, improving processes, and advancing marketing impact.

The suggested pay range for this position is:

Pay Range
$100,000—$115,000 USD
