Join us in redefining the creator economy with AI

Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We’re an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $100M+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide.

As Fanvue scales, growth can no longer rely on ideas alone. This role exists to turn strategy into execution by owning growth channels end to end, shipping experiments fast, and turning what works into predictable, scalable acquisition and activation performance.

🎯 The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Manager to own execution across key growth channels and campaigns, with clear accountability for sign-ups, activation, funnel conversion, and CAC efficiency.

This is an execution-first role for someone who thrives on shipping, testing, learning, and scaling. You’ll run growth initiatives hands-on, improve underperforming channels, and build repeatable patterns that drive predictable results rather than one-off wins.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Own growth campaigns end to end from planning through launch, optimisation, and scale

  • Run multiple concurrent experiments across acquisition and activation initiatives

  • Operate paid and performance channels hands-on including targeting, budgets, and creative testing

  • Diagnose funnel performance and execute improvements to sign-ups, activation, and conversion

  • Build and maintain a fast experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses and success metrics

  • Reduce CAC through systematic testing and optimisation across channels and creatives

  • Identify repeatable growth patterns that can be operationalised and scaled

  • Report results clearly and honestly, focusing on outcomes, learnings, and next actions

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative to ship growth improvements quickly

👀 Who You Are

  • Senior growth marketer or growth operator with a strong bias toward execution

  • Hands-on experience running performance channels and managing testing cadence

  • Strong funnel thinker who connects channel performance to activation, conversion, LTV, and CAC

  • Data-driven but pragmatic, able to move fast with imperfect information

  • Proven at finding repeatable patterns that improve efficiency, not just volume

  • Comfortable running multiple experiments in parallel while prioritising impact

  • Low-ego, collaborative operator who improves cross-functional velocity

✨ You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You enjoy owning growth levers end to end rather than just contributing ideas

  • You care more about results than activity or outputs

  • You like testing fast, learning quickly, and scaling what works

  • You are motivated by accountability and measurable impact

⚠️ You’ll Struggle Here If

  • You need constant prioritisation from others

  • You optimise surface metrics without linking them to activation, conversion, or CAC

  • You prefer planning over execution

  • You rely on heavy process to make progress

🌍 Why Join Fanvue?

  • Own and scale some of Fanvue’s most important growth levers

  • Direct impact on acquisition, activation, and revenue efficiency

  • High autonomy with clear accountability

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams

  • Remote working

  • Flexible hours, according to when you perform best

  • Unlimited holiday

  • Budget for growth and wellbeing

  • A culture that values innovation, ownership, transparency, and speed

⭐ Fanvue is for Everyone

We believe diverse teams build better companies. Even if you do not meet every single requirement listed, we encourage you to apply. Many great people grow into parts of a role, and we value potential, mindset, and ambition just as much as experience.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
