About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who will own and champion the SaaSpreneur avatar which represents digital entrepreneurs, consultants, marketers, and agencies looking to launch their own SaaS business by white-labeling and reselling HighLevel.
This is a strategy + implementation role with heavy customer proximity. You’ll spend time deeply understanding what SaaS founders need, where they struggle, and how they succeed. You’ll turn those insights into:
-Educational contentWorkshops and trainings
-Product feedback for internal teams
-Conference talks and live presentations
This role is ideal for someone early in their growth marketing career who is confident, curious, and energized by being in front of customers, both one-on-one and on stage.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the SaaSpreneur Avatar
- Develop a deep understanding of SaaS founders using (or considering) HighLevel
- Conduct regular customer interviews, research, and feedback sessions
Customer-Focused Growth Strategy
- Translate customer insights into actionable growth strategies and experiments
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support, and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention for SaaSpreneurs
Education & Community Enablement
- Create educational content (workshops, trainings, presentations, guides) tailored to SaaS founders
- Host live and virtual workshops to help SaaSpreneurs succeed on the platform
Public Speaking & Events
- Represent HighLevel at conferences, meetups, and industry events
- Speak confidently about the product, use cases, and SaaS growth strategies
- Travel 25% or more to attend and present at events
What You’ll Bring
- Strong interest in SaaS, startups, and software entrepreneurs
- Comfort speaking publicly on stage, on camera, and in live workshops
- Ability to build rapport with customers and ask thoughtful questions
- Strategic thinking paired with a bias toward execution
- Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)Willingness to travel and represent the brand externally
- Curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to grow in a fast-moving environment
Experience/Education/Certifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth roles.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, product onboarding patterns, and B2B user journeys.
- Comfortable leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and delivering results without needing formal authority.

The salary range for this position is $89000- $110000 annually.
