The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing key tasks during an AssetWorks software implementation. Tasks may include training, business process analysis, documentation, system testing, data migration, go-live support, or all of the above.Job Description:
The role of the Senior Implementation Specialist is to execute project tasks in support of AssetWorks software implementations for AiM, ReADY, and GO software products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initial training delivery of AssetWorks software functionality
- Business Process Analysis (BPA)
- Data mapping, migration, review, and ongoing support of client migration efforts during implementation
- Standard Operating Procedures documentation
- Training documentation
- End user training delivery
- AiM and ReADY System configuration
- System testing and validation
- Go-Live cutover and support
- Custom interface requirements capture and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a user or implementer of AssetWorks AiM, GO, or ReADY software
- Experience working with relational databases
- Experience as an employee or business partner of a facilities organization in the public or higher education sector
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Basic understanding of MS Project
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is advantageous with regards to implementation of AssetWorks ReADY products, but not required.
