Lead end-to-end execution of multi-workstream infrastructure projects including planning, risk and stakeholder management, migrations/cutovers, governance, reporting, and cross-regional coordination with technical teams.
Role Description:
•Drive end-to-end execution of projects/programs consisting of multiple infrastructure workstreams.
•Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies, coordinate mitigation and resolution across teams.
•Develop detailed delivery plans, project documentation, and status reporting (including dashboards and executive summaries).
•Coordinate across local, regional, and global initiatives with virtual and matrix-managed teams.
•Facilitate project governance and working sessions; track and publish actions, plans, risks, and issues.
•Build and maintain integrated project plans in partnership with multiple technical delivery teams.
•Develop and execute migration and cutover plans (including rehearsal, rollback, and service validation).
•Ensure adherence to project lifecycle, quality controls, and policy/standards requirements.
•Create and deliver executive-level communications at the project and program level.
•Own senior stakeholder management, communications, and timely escalation of key decisions and blockers.
•Track, monitor, and report a large set of risks and remediation plans across infrastructure workstreams.
•Lead planning and execution for data center and application migrations, including dependency coordination and operational readiness.
Experience & Skills required (Must have):
•Project management experience delivering IT infrastructure initiatives using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
•Strong understanding of (and ability to work across) end-user technology, compute/server platforms, networking (voice and data), cloud, data centers, and application/Infra technologies.
•Hands-on technical depth in one or more of the areas listed above.
•Merger and technology integration experience.
•Excellent written communication, documentation, and status reporting skills.
•Ability to indirectly manage virtual team members across diverse cultures and locations.
•Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
•Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently.
•Strong Microsoft Office suite skills and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project), AI tools, BI tools
•Ability to define, develop, and track delivery metrics and outcomes.
•Proactive and positive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
•Sound background in adhering to business processes and procedures.
•Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Flexibility to work independently; self-motivated with a strong team orientation.
Experience & Skills (Nice to have):
•Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent recognized professional standards).
•Financial industry experience, preferably Tier 1 investment banking experience.
