In this role, you’ll leverage your project management expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge of interoperability standards to normalize data for our APIs—enabling all applications on the Redox network to seamlessly integrate with your solution.
Your impact goes beyond technical execution. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support.

Job Responsibilities
Independently manage and complete multi-week integration projects from kickoff to go-live without regular guidance.
Execute tasks related to data gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting for medium-complexity projects across diverse product lines.
Utilize the Redox dashboard and graphical interfaces to design, install, test, and modify interfaces.
Make independent decisions within established practices and procedures to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met.
Act as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts, communicating effectively on project-specific tasks and identifying integration gaps.
Provide active input on team direction and goals, collaborating to improve internal processes and efficiency.
Willing to travel nationwide (5–10%).
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis (e.g., Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, HL7 Engineer).
Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12) and API-based data exchange.
Ability to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues.
Proven ability to handle non-routine situations and multi-week projects with minimal oversight.
