About the Role
Dandy is hiring an experienced Senior IT Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support our rapidly growing, venture-backed company. The Recruiting team owns all end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional candidate experiences across the business with a focus on IT and Business Systems positions, including infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and IT leadership roles. This contract position is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a company that truly values its Recruiting function, while bringing your expertise to help us scale.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for IT and Business Systems roles—sourcing candidates, facilitating engaging interview experiences, and leading offer negotiations

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for our IT, infrastructure, security, and business systems teams, collaborating closely with HR and technical leaders to meet hiring goals

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-quality IT and systems talent through research, outreach, events, and referrals

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Dandy’s IT and Business Systems leaders, providing market insights, compensation guidance, recruiting metrics, and process improvements

  • Share weekly, data-driven recruiting updates and insights with hiring managers to refine hiring strategies and optimize outcomes

  • Drive projects to enhance recruiting tools, processes, and candidate experience, particularly for IT and Business Systems hiring

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, with a strong focus on IT and Business Systems hiring

  • Proven success hiring for roles such as IT support, infrastructure, network/security, enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday), and related leadership positions

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage top IT and systems talent

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders on hiring best practices

  • Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and improve performance
