- Lead Treasury Management Consulting initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor on treasury, payments, and commercial card solutions.
- Engage executive-level stakeholders to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and deliver consultative treasury and payment strategies.
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Extensive Treasury Management Sales, Consulting, or Relationship Management experience within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Financial Institutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Card solutions, including Purchasing Card (P-Card), Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Card, Virtual Card, and Accounts Payable automation.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management products and services.
- Proven ability to assess client business objectives and recommend treasury, payment, and commercial card solutions that improve efficiency, optimize working capital, and support growth.
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level decision-makers, including CFOs, Treasurers, Controllers, and Procurement leaders.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, emerging payment technologies, and commercial card trends.
- Demonstrated success identifying, developing, and implementing complex treasury, payment, and commercial card solutions.
- Excellent consultative selling, relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- This position will require up to 20% of travel
