The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Learning Business Partner, who will have responsibility for working with subject matter experts and Learning & Development professionals to help develop functional learning strategies, facilitate the maintenance of courses for the Information, Digital, Technology & Security (IDT&S) Function as well as project manage key learning and development programs, tools and resources.
This role requires excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability and project management skills, as well as experience working in IT, Digital, Technology and/or Security functions. This individual will act as a consultant, advisor and project manager on leadership, learning, training and development across the Enterprise IDT&S organization. They will need to support various global locations and modality integration, always tying back into business impact. Lastly, they are solution and deliverable driven while managing complex and high-touch business needs, with strong experience of engaging with C-Suite leadership.
This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Berkeley, MO; or Arlington, VA. A successful candidate will be expected to be on-site to support the execution of the Learning Organization's programs and initiatives where appropriate.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify learning needs aligned with business goals in IT, Digital, Security, and AI domains.
- Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their learning requirements and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on learning and development initiatives.
Program Design and Delivery:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative learning programs, workshops, and training sessions tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Utilize modern learning methodologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and experiential learning.
Performance Measurement:
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning offerings.
Technology Integration:
- Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences and accessibility.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in learning technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives by providing learning solutions that facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies or processes.
- Develop communication strategies to promote learning initiatives and encourage participation.
Talent Development:
- Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Collaboration with External Partners:
- Partner with external vendors and educational institutions to enhance learning offerings and bring in best practices.
- Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in learning and development.
Mentorship and Coaching:
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior learning professionals within the organization.
- Share knowledge and best practices to elevate the overall learning function.
- Other special projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience with Learning & Development in some form, including (but not limited to) business partnering, facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching / mentoring
- 5+ years of experience communicating and interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- Experience working within a technology company
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of related work experience in the Learning & Development field
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
