Supervise 3-5 supply chain and procurement professionals. Responsible for managing, auditing, and validating Probe capacity models and systems to determine network capital requirements. Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate Probe capital and Probe Cards requests for tactical, strategic, and alternative manufacturing scenarios to help guide corporate strategic direction. Communicate capacity metrics and strategies to all relevant stakeholders, driving accountability and monitoring key performance indicators plan over plan. Position requires up to 10% domestic travel and 20% international travel. May telecommute part-time.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a semiconductor planning-related occupation. Position requires:
1. Managing, auditing, and validating capacity models and planning systems to determine supply needs across the networks;
2. Facilitating capacity and supply scenarios to enable decision making process and guiding corporate strategic direction;
3. Driving planning for new product introductions;
4. Analyzing demand to ensure capacity is utilized efficiently, balancing capacity and resources to optimize product qualifications;
5. Setting strategic direction for modeling and optimize resources across manufacturing networks to ensure compliant execution of key activities impacting operations and revenue and
connect business units to drive manufacturing and cost-saving processes;
6. Operations Research skills in one of the following: Linear Programming, Queuing Theory, Statistical Analysis, or Theory of Constraints;
7. Data analysis and statistical packages in one of the following: JMP, MINITAB, R, Python, Tableau, PL, or SQL;
8. Supply chain applications including SAP/ Rapid Response.
