About this Position

The Senior Manager/Director, Managed Services Integration provides strategic leadership for the integration of Managed Services acquisitions from due diligence through full operational maturity. This role owns the overall integration strategy, governance framework, and execution model for Managed Services acquisitions, ensuring newly acquired organizations are successfully integrated into Net at Work's operating model while preserving customer relationships, employee engagement, service delivery, and financial performance.


This leader partners closely with executive leadership, business unit leaders, Finance, IT, Operations, People & Learning (Human Resources), Customer Success, Sales, and Legal to establish integration priorities, make critical business decisions, and drive accountability across all workstreams. Unlike a traditional project management role, this position is responsible for developing scalable integration methodologies, building governance structures, leading complex business transformation initiatives, and ensuring each acquisition realizes its intended strategic and operational objectives.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the enterprise integration strategy for Managed Services acquisitions from due diligence through long-term operational stabilization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define integration objectives, priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Design scalable integration methodologies, governance models, templates, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Lead multiple complex acquisition integrations simultaneously while balancing business priorities and resource constraints.
  • Collaborate with the M&A team during due diligence to evaluate operational readiness, integration complexity, and post-close planning.
  • Provide executive oversight for customer transitions, organizational alignment, and technology migrations.
  • Direct cross-functional integration workstreams across Finance, IT, Infrastructure, Operations, People & Learning, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Procurement, and Legal.
  • Manage end-to-end integration of managed service providers and vendors across acquired and merged entities.
  • Ensure successful integration of service delivery processes, operational procedures, financial controls, reporting, systems, and business operations.
  • Identify operational, organizational, financial, technology, and customer risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Represent the Managed Services integration function with executive leadership, acquired business owners, vendors, strategic partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Establish governance activities to monitor progress, remove roadblocks, and drive decision-making.
  • Develop executive dashboards and communicate integration health, KPIs, accomplishments, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Capture lessons learned after every acquisition and continuously improve Net at Work's Managed Services integration capabilities.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing Managed Services/MSP organizations and leading M&A integration initiatives, with responsibility for operational, customer, people, and technology integration activities.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide post-acquisition integrations or large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results across organizations without direct authority.
  • Technology services, MSP, SaaS, consulting, or private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: TBD.

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
