About the Team

The Twitch community is like no other - a passionate and engaged group of creators and active participants who are uniquely invested in what we’re all building together. The Marketing & Communications team at Twitch serves to authentically activate the Twitch community (and beyond) in ways that inform and inspire. Members of our team work across a range of areas including internal and external communications, content & partnerships, creative services, and marketing strategy.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone to lead internal communications across the company. You’ll help employees understand what’s happening and why it matters, help navigate complex company moments and transitions, and develop company All Hands programming that people look forward to.

It’s a role with range. One day you might be shaping comms for an organizational change; the next, developing a new All Hands segment or finding a great story buried somewhere in the company. We’re looking for someone with excellent judgment, strong instincts, and real creative ambition — someone who runs toward the hard stuff and is always thinking about how to make internal communications more useful, interesting, and engaging. Keeping employees informed and connected, and finding ways to highlight and celebrate our people, our work, and our community, are at the heart of this position.

You can work in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; or Seattle,WA.

You Will:

Manage Internal Comms

  • Own internal comms strategy and execution across the company.
  • Author company-level messaging, making sure employees get the information and context they need.
  • Partner with executives and teams across Twitch on sensitive or complex issues, anticipating employee questions and helping leaders communicate clearly.
  • Develop comms plans for organizational changes, company announcements, and other important moments.
  • Track employee engagement and feedback, using what you learn to make our communications more useful and effective.

Own All Hands

  • Lead All Hands programming, including editorial strategy and content development.
  • Work closely with production and creative partners on run of show, speaker prep, creative elements, and live production.
  • Build relationships across the company to uncover great stories, interesting speakers, and work employees should know about.
  • Develop new segments and formats that keep All Hands fresh, engaging, and worth employees’ time.
  • Think creatively about how All Hands can evolve. We want someone who sees it as programming—not just a company meeting—and has ideas for making it better.
  • Bring rigor to how we measure success, using attendance, engagement, feedback, and other signals to understand what employees are responding to and what we should change.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience
  • You can build a communications strategy around a complicated transition, and then get into the details of an All Hands segment.
  • You’re curious about what’s really happening around the company, what employees care about, and what they need to hear from us. You’re comfortable asking tough questions and pushing for clarity when something doesn’t make sense.
  • You’re creative, too. You have opinions about what makes internal programming interesting, know how to find a good story inside a company, and are excited to try new things. You want to build an All Hands that earns employees’ attention, and you’re willing to experiment, measure, and pivot when needed.
  • You’re a strong project manager and producer who can keep multiple timelines moving at once — delivering weekly programming while planning for what’s ahead. You can turn an idea into a compelling segment, bring company and community moments to life, and partner with creative and production teams to make the final product stronger.
