Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

Snowflake is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Partner Marketing - System Integrators to lead a high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maximizing the value and impact of our strategic partnerships, driving their investment and success within the Snowflake ecosystem.

This position calls for a visionary leader who combines strategic foresight with persuasive messaging capabilities of a Product Marketing Manager. You will excel at identifying key partner personas—from Practice Leads to Solution Architects—and translating complex technical and business value into clear, compelling narratives that resonate deeply.

Collaborative Impact

Success in this role hinges on exceptional cross-functional collaboration. You will work hand-in-glove with marketing, alliances, and sales leadership. Crucially, you will also partner closely with Snowflake's alliances and marketing team leaders across key segments (e.g., Cloud, AI, Tech Partners, and SIs) to ensure seamless alignment, shared objectives, and accelerated execution across the entire partner lifecycle.

AS A SENIOR MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Drive Strategic Positioning & Value Articulation: Develop and deliver impactful positioning and messaging for new categories of internal and external stakeholders, effectively presenting Snowflake's compelling value proposition to our GSI partners. You will move beyond generic "better together" stories to craft highly differentiated, industry-specific value propositions that inspire investment.

  • Optimize Partner Experience & Operational Excellence: Continuously enhance the partner journey by driving process improvements at every touchpoint. You will establish cross-functional activation programs that connect GSI consultants with Snowflake field sellers, aligning communications channels and developing measurable approaches to track "Partner Sourced" pipeline.

  • Lead Content Strategy & Development for Growth: Serve as a primary content expert, conceiving and developing compelling new assets for various workloads, industries, and thought leadership initiatives. You will drive the creation of the "Co-Sell Bill of Materials" (joint decks, solution briefs, reference architectures) to drive partner adoption and revenue.

  • Build & Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, consistently raising the bar for the team through regular, specific, and actionable feedback that fosters professional growth.

  • Champion Cross-Functional Alignment & Collaboration: Proactively identify and resolve organizational misalignments, distilling complex issues and fostering direct, proactive discussions. You will communicate challenges transparently—such as conflict between direct and partner sales motions—and seek independent solutions to ensure collective success.

  • Set Ambitious Goals & Strategic Priorities: Establish overarching objectives that extend beyond your immediate team, with a clear one-year outlook, such as comprehensive Partner Category Plans designed to accelerate partner growth and contribution.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Possesses 12-15 years of progressive experience in relevant fields, including a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Integrated Marketing & Communications Expertise: Demonstrates a strong blend of Product Marketing and Communications acumen, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling, partner-centric narratives that drive action and investment.

  • Deep Partner & Ecosystem Acumen: Has a proven track record in Audience Marketing, with a distinct preference for experience in Partner or Ecosystem Marketing, understanding the unique dynamics of channel engagement and motivation. Specifically, this role requires deep experience with Global System Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte etc).

  • Strategic Vision & Tactical Execution: Exhibits the ability to think strategically about partner development and enablement, while also being highly adept at hands-on execution and tactical problem-solving to ensure initiatives deliver tangible results.

  • Exceptional Influencer & Communicator: A natural storyteller and persuasive influencer, skilled at crafting clear, concise, and impactful messages for diverse internal and external audiences, and owning critical communication channels.

  • Analytical & Growth-Oriented: Possesses a strong data-driven approach to partner development, capable of defining metrics, tracking efficacy, and continuously optimizing programs for measurable impact and accelerated growth.

  • Inspiring Leader & Collaborative Partner: A proven team builder who leads by example, fosters a high-performance culture, and excels at driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration across various teams to achieve shared, ambitious goals
