Role
The Services Business Development, Security Solutions Lead, is an important role responsible to drive growth of Mastercard Security Solutions in ANZ; creating strong partnerships with existing and new customers and focusing on achieving revenue targets and fostering regional expansion. The role will report into the Principal, Services Business Development.
Accountable for the market revenue for Security Solutions encompassing our services across fraud prevention, dispute / chargeback optimization, digital identity and cybersecurity
Responsible to grow and convert sales pipeline to drive security solutions product penetration with managed accounts, both FI and non-FI customers
Responsible to sell associated advisory, data insights and program management services alongside our security solutions technologies to enhance operational excellence
Partner with network services team on ecosystem wide programs leveraging the breadth of services to enhance ecosystem trust and integrity
Collaborate with hunting teams and reseller partnership teams to capture the opportunity in the market beyond managed accounts
Partner with B2B marketing to execute market specific demand generation initiatives across managed and unmanaged accounts
Act as a domain expert on security solutions domain areas (fraud, dispute/chargeback, digital identity and cybersecurity) for the market and division in customer engagements
All About you
Proven track record on consultative B2B sales of security solution technologies to FI and non-FI customers leveraging data and advisory capabilities
Rich knowledge on digital payments, issuing, acquiring and within that payment risk management and enterprise risk management
Strong network of target buyers/buying centers
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional matrix
Thought leader on the future of ecosystem security
