Senior Marketing Channel Manager, Rentals

This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.

As a Senior Marketing Channel Manager focused on Rentals, you’ll drive growth by building and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs that deliver the right message to the right renter at the right time. You’ll own strategy and execution across lifecycle, trigger-based, and promotional campaigns, working with large-scale datasets to reach renters actively searching on Redfin.com, Rent.com, and ApartmentGuide.com.

You’ll work directly with an experienced performance marketing team and cross-functional partners in creative, engineering, analytics, and product to ensure campaigns are highly targeted, data-driven, and measurable. Success in this role means driving lead volume, increasing renter engagement, and improving lead quality across channels—all while making lifecycle marketing a key contributor to Redfin’s rentals growth.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead campaign execution across lifecycle, trigger-based, and behavioral journeys—building data-driven marketing programs that drive renter acquisition, engagement, and revenue. From segmentation logic and automation to QA and reporting, you’ll translate business goals into high-performing campaigns that scale.

You’ll partner with engineering and analytics to refine targeting, implement event-based triggers, and apply advanced A/B testing strategies. Using tools like Iterable and Snowflake, you’ll streamline workflows, improve personalization, and ensure channel performance drives real business results.

With a performance marketing mindset, you’ll own campaign impact end to end—continuously optimizing for growth, efficiency, and ROI.

 About You

• 7+ years in marketing automation (email, push, SMS); Iterable experience a plus

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and testing skills

• Proficient with marketing tools & tech (HTML/CSS, Tableau, Snowflake, JSON)

• Strong communicator and collaborator with excellence in messaging strategy that drives engagement and conversion

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.

Base Pay Range: $112,800.00 - 168,800.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
