Gradial is a Seattle-based startup enabling digital experiences at the speed of thought. We empower marketers and creatives to implement their ideas directly, with software that adapts over time. Our platform automates website and design system updates, large-scale migrations to new design systems, and continuous content optimization while adhering to company and product brands.

Backed by world class investors, we’re looking to scale our platform and expand our team. At Gradial, we operate with extreme ownership, bias towards action and critical path planning. We tackle problems from first principles, question assumptions, and find creative solutions. If you want to take risks, work on groundbreaking technology, and see the direct impact of your work, Gradial is where you belong.

Role Overview

Gradial is hiring a Senior MarTech Solutions Lead to help enterprise clients unlock the full value of our AI platform within their marketing technology stack. You’ll operate between product, engineering, and client success: owning solution design in presales and leading implementation through to activation. This is a high impact, client facing role that blends technical depth with a sharp understanding of how marketers create and scale content.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account teams in late-stage sales to define integration scope, technical fit, and value realization
  • Lead implementation across CMS, DAM, and workflow automation systems to embed Gradial into client environments
  • Architect scalable, AI-powered workflows that accelerate content creation, personalization, and publishing
  • Collaborate with client-side marketing and engineering teams to drive seamless deployment and sustained adoption
  • Manage QA, UAT, and deployment processes with an emphasis on time-to-value and quality
  • Deliver client training, documentation, and operational handoff to enable long-term success
  • Capture field insights to inform product roadmap and platform evolution

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience implementing or managing MarTech platforms in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on expertise with CMS and DAM systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Contentful)
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and optimize tools in complex marketing stacks
  • Strong client-facing experience across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to lead integrations and digital transformation initiatives from scoping to go-live
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation and workflow tools
  • Willingness to travel for key client engagements as needed

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in consulting or systems integration across multiple enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jira or similar platforms

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $185,000 – $210,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards. Gradial offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid time off, paid sick leave and other employee wellness programs.

You'll thrive here if you...

  • Learn quickly and actively seek out new challenges.
  • Embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving, creativity and scale.
  • Show a strong work ethic, high ownership and bias toward action.
  • Communicate clearly, directly and with curiosity.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments where building better > maintaining status quo.

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools

As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage
  • Fast-paced environment with flexibility and ownership
  • Real impact, zero bureaucracy
  • A front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure

Gradial is dedicated to creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all team members can grow. We offer competitive compensation, equity, flexible work hours, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture focused on learning and impact.

Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
