The Job
Omnidian is seeking a Senior People Strategy Consultant to lead high-impact initiatives that will strengthen our People function and business operating system during a critical phase of growth. This contract role (3–6 months) is ideal for a senior HR operator with deep experience in organizational design, strategic people programs, and change management, and who brings a systems-thinking mindset to scaling companies. Bonus points for comfort working with tools like Pave, Carta, and AI-powered PeopleOps tools. You’ll work in close partnership with the Head of People and Culture as well as senior leadership across the company to enhance how we plan, organize, and lead, while supporting strategic HR initiatives
What You'll Do

- Advise on team structure, role architecture, and leadership design
- Partner with Talent and Finance to create scalable workforce planning models
- Guide change management and communication around org shifts
- Build and evolve planning cadences, cross-functional workflows, and execution systems
- Leverage Lattice, our People Management Platform, to lead or support programs such as career frameworks, performance enablement, and role clarity
- Facilitate planning cycles, retrospectives, and accountability practices
- Help refine and embed our OKR system across teams and functions
- Leverage tools and templates such as Lattice and Asana, to drive alignment, focus, and accountability
- Support the team in refining compensation frameworks using Pave and Carta
- Contribute to comp reviews, leveling work, or pay equity analyses with guidance from in-house and external partners
- Identify opportunities to use AI or automation to improve People team workflows
- Recommend tools or processes to streamline performance, onboarding, or engagement

Who You Are
- A builder and operator who turns ambiguity into structure and systems
- A strategic advisor with a strong execution mindset
- An excellent communicator who can align and influence across all levels
- A data-informed problem solver with deep HR and business operations insight
Experience You’ll Need
- 8–12+ years of People/HR experience, including senior-level strategic work
- Strong track record in org design, operating model evolution, or HR transformation
- Comfortable facilitating leadership planning cycles and driving strategic HR programs
- Exposure to compensation strategy, especially in high-growth or VC-backed companies
- Systems thinker who blends structure with adaptability
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/automation in PeopleOps or tooling like Notion, Lattice, Pave, Carta
