Senior Product DesignerSenior Product Design
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our core digital platform across web and mobile. In this role, you'll own end-to-end design decisions, take full ownership of your work, and confidently drive design initiatives from discovery through delivery. You'll align design decisions with business goals, influence product direction, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and create seamless, user-centered experiences across our most critical customer journeys.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong experience designing core platform experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven experience designing complex user journeys, including:
  • Experience designing mobile-first products and responsive interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of Design Systems, reusable components, design tokens, and scalable UI patterns.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and validate solutions through usability testing.
  • Experience using product analytics, user research, and customer insights to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Strong UX and product thinking with the ability to translate research findings into intuitive, business-driven user experiences.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence product direction, facilitate design discussions, and confidently present design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.
