About AgelessRx

AgelessRx is a first-of-its-kind, longevity-focused telehealth platform with an e-commerce component. Our mission is to collectively give people millions of extra healthy years, so everyone can enjoy more of what they love in a world where people are empowered to live as long as they want. We believe aging should no longer be treated as a dreadful inevitability, but instead, as a puzzle that can be solved, a fight that can be fought – just as a disease with a cure. Through our free-to-use platform, we offer trusted, data-driven longevity solutions and scientifically backed prescription therapies to help safely lower the risk of age-related diseases.

About the role

As our Senior Product Manager for Acquisition, you’ll shape how people first discover and fall in love with AgelessRx. From landing on the site to taking their first action, you’ll craft experiences that turn curiosity into trust and clicks into lasting impact.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where growth meets creativity. You’ll partner closely with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics to build smart experiments, ship delightful experiences, and hit ambitious growth goals.

What you'll do

  • Set the vision and own the roadmap for acquisition-focused web experiences. Your work directly drives company growth.
  • Define clear KPIs, track progress, and run smart experiments to keep us learning and improving fast.
  • Collaborate with marketing to launch new campaigns and landing pages that tell compelling stories and convert.
  • Use research, data, and a bit of intuition to deeply understand our users, what motivates them, what confuses them, and what keeps them coming back.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly: focus on the ideas with the biggest impact, validate quickly, and keep iterating.
  • Lead features end-to-end, from “what if” to “wow”, making sure everything we build feels purposeful and seamless.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Keep everyone in the loop: clearly communicate goals, decisions, progress, and insights with teammates and leaders alike.
  • Measure what matters and use those insights to make every launch smarter than the last.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years leading cross-functional product teams focused on growth and acquisition (bonus if it’s in B2C or DTC).
  • Fluency with modern AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate experimentation, and spark creative solutions. No need to be an AI expert, just curious, hands-on, and excited to work smarter.
  • A track record of turning big growth targets into real results through experimentation and creative product thinking.
  • The ability to zoom out and strategize, then roll up your sleeves and get into the details.
  • Experience guiding products through their full lifecycle from idea to launch to optimization.
  • Comfort with growth experimentation: hypothesis building, A/B testing, and making sense of data.
  • A love for simple, delightful, intuitive user experiences and a knack for seeing things from the user’s perspective.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and levels.
  • A natural influencer able to bring people along through logic, empathy, and shared vision.
  • A growth mindset: you see challenges as puzzles to solve.
  • An ownership mindset: you care deeply about the details and the outcomes.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
