By combining open source innovation with deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, Mirantis empowers platform engineering teams to deliver composable, production-ready developer platforms across any environment—on-premises, in the cloud, at the edge, or in sovereign data centers. As enterprises navigate the growing complexity of AI-driven workloads, Mirantis delivers the automation, GPU orchestration, and policy-driven control needed to manage infrastructure with confidence and agility. Committed to open standards and freedom from lock-in, Mirantis ensures that customers retain full control of their infrastructure strategy.

Job Description

Mirantis is looking for a commercially-driven Product Leader with deep technical acumen and a passion for enterprise engagement, AI infrastructure, and platform engineering.  In this role, you’ll take direct ownership of outbound product strategy and go-to-market execution for our AI infrastructure offerings—including K0rdent, a solution focused on Kubernetes and containerized workloads for AI inferencing.

This is a high-impact, externally-facing role designed for someone who excels at bringing technical products to market, influencing buyers, enabling field teams, and translating product capabilities into customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Own and drive product GTM plans, including packaging, pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation in collaboration with marketing and sales.
  • Develop field enablement content, including value propositions, pitch decks, product briefs, customer-facing roadmaps, and battlecards.
  • Partner with sales to support strategic deals, acting as a product expert in key customer engagements, executive briefings, and technical validations.

Market Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Act as a face of the product externally—participating in webinars, events, analyst briefings, and customer advisory boards.
  • Define the ideal customer profile (ICP), identify high-value use cases, and build playbooks for sales motions (direct, channel, PLG).
  • Collect feedback from early adopters and key accounts to shape product positioning and roadmap priorities.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for AI infrastructure solutions, particularly focusing on Kubernetes, KubeVirt, and edge compute.
  • Analyze customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive activity to guide strategic investment areas.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure alignment between technical feasibility and market demand.

Qualifications

  • You’ve launched and scaled enterprise SaaS or infrastructure products in cloud-native or AI/ML markets.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers, virtualization, and AI inference workloads.
  • A proven GTM collaborator who’s worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and technical presales.
  • Experience developing product messaging, content, and positioning that resonates with engineering leaders and decision-makers.
  • Confident in front of customers and analysts—can represent Mirantis externally as a subject-matter expert.
  • Comfortable managing product backlogs and roadmaps, but energized by market-facing responsibilities.

Why you’ll love Mirantis

  • Work on next-generation AI infrastructure products trusted by global enterprises.
  • Be at the forefront of cloud-native and platform engineering innovation.
  • Collaborate with a world-class, distributed team committed to openness and technical excellence.
  • Shape the product narrative and influence go-to-market success.
