About the role

You will own key experiences across fleet management that thousands of dispatchers, operators, and drivers rely on every day. You will partner with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to deliver products that serve local hauliers and global enterprises alike.

Key challenges you will tackle include:

  • Define and communicate a clear, data-backed roadmap for your product areas.
  • Translate customer pain points into simple web and mobile workflows that save hours each day.
  • Work with data scientists to turn billions of sensor events into actionable, measurable AI features.
  • Establish success metrics, launch betas, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate across time zones with design, engineering, sales, support, and marketing.
  • Spend time with dispatchers, drivers, and back-office teams to keep feedback loops tight.
What we look for
  • 4–7 years of B2B product management experience, including complete ownership of a product area. 
  • Proven track record of shipping features that improve uptime, cost, safety, or efficiency.
  • Comfort with data: you can query SQL, slice dashboards, and turn numbers into decisions.
  • Strong communication skills that align diverse global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with telematics, logistics tech, automotive systems, or industrial IoT is a plus.
  • MBB experience is a plus.
