Lead end-to-end product development for a new CRM application: define requirements, build multi-release roadmaps, partner with engineering and platform teams, support early customers, and drive adoption and differentiation in the CRM market.
In the summer of 2025, Veeva Systems announced we are creating a new CRM application to expand our business beyond the Life Sciences industry. Come join the New Markets team for a chance to contribute and leave a lasting impact on this new initiative and Veeva as a whole.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep CRM experience. Someone who is energized by building a new product from 0 to 1. You will have a high degree of ownership over the product: from data model to UX, and everything in between. We need a builder who enjoys the challenge of creating a category (re)defining product.
What You'll Do
- Own the requirements and specifications for multiple major functional areas of the CRM application (Customer Data, Opportunity Management, Products & Pricing, etc.)
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and pitching through design, development, and delivery to bring new features to market
- Analyze start-ups and incumbents in the CRM space, identifying opportunities to differentiate our application
- Develop a multi-release roadmap for your functional areas with focus and prioritization
- Partner with engineering and platform team(s) to deliver quality product features on time
- Establish customization best practices and work with early customers to support implementations and drive adoption
- Demonstrate understanding of the underlying platform and the end to end application, representing the CRM application to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years enterprise SaaS product experience with at least one top-tier company
- Experience building applications on enterprise/SaaS platforms - including being directly responsible for one or more core functional platform feature areas
- Demonstrated commitment to a product, having guided it from its initial design to a mature, successful state
- Success in a fast-paced, greenfield environment, acting as a key partner in defining both product and culture
- Demonstrable experience with leading user experience for key functional areas
- Strong technical background and track record of effectively collaborating with engineering to define, design, and deliver the product
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM or GTM products
- Experience with Generative AI & Agentic workflows
- Experience with SOC1 certification
Perks & Benefits
- Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance
- Flexible PTO and company paid holidays
- Retirement programs
- 1% charitable giving program
Compensation
- Base pay: $120,000 - $200,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
