The Prenatal Senior Product Manager will lead new solution development and life cycle management for the prenatal segment through cross-functional teams. You will advocate and prioritize business cases to the segment Senior Product Director and win support to execute strategies through commercial, marketing and the value-delivery organization.


This is a remote opportunity 

Responsibilities
  • Execute various stages of product management and contribute to strategic planning for clinical focus areas
  • Lead cross functional teams to identify, develop and implement product/solutions addressing unmet customer needs that will drive profitable growth 
  • Develop segment annual Operating Plan (AOP) in concert with Value Delivery partners
  • Execute effective life-cycle management through robust cross-functional team management
  • Work with Value Delivery partners to achieve revenue targets 
  • Partner with Marketing on product/solution marketing strategy and mix
  • Rigorously assess new products/solutions to enable prioritization within R&D, IT and Operations
  • Generate customer insights to define customer/market sub-segment requirements to set product/portfolio solution, priority setting, risk management
  • Define and monitor product/service sub-segment metrics (including TAT and other potential requirements such as billing programs, prior authorization etc.)
  • Understand and monitor the competitive landscape and identify any gaps/opportunities
  • Understand continuum of care requirements and identify any gaps/opportunities
Qualifications

Required Work Experience: 

  • 5 -7 years relevant experience in healthcare, preferably with at least 1-3 years in Client facing roles 

Preferred Work Experience: 

  • Advanced degree in Genetic Counseling
  • Experience in Women's reproductive health 

Knowledge: 

  • Understanding of the lab industry and Healthcare landscape

Skills: 

  • Influencing without authority
  • Cross-functional collaboration

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing and/or product management. (Required)
  • Master’s Degree Advanced degree/ MBA preferred (Preferred)


Pay Range: ~$120,000 - $160,000 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
