This role will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business units to implement F5's 5-pillar AI transformation strategy. The Senior PM will translate function-specific needs into prioritized agentic use cases and drive measurable AI adoption across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with excellent stakeholder management, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes through AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Strategy

  • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business functions to understand their core challenges and workflows.

  • Implement and drive F5's AI transformation strategy within these specific business units.

  • Act as the trusted advisor for business leaders on how AI can accelerate their specific organizational goals.

Product Ownership & Use Case Translation

  • Translate function-specific business needs into clearly defined, prioritized agentic use cases.

  • Own the backlog for business-facing AI solutions, balancing impact with technical feasibility.

  • Collaborate with engineering and the core AI platform teams to deliver these solutions iteratively.

Adoption & Change Management

  • Drive measurable adoption of AI tools and agentic workflows across the enterprise.

  • Partner with Enablement teams to create training, documentation, and rollout plans tailored to specific business functions.

Governance & Responsible AI

  • Ensure business-specific AI solutions adhere to enterprise governance, security, and cost-management standards.

  • Help business units navigate the AI Innovation Review process for new tool requests.

Metrics & Business Impact

  • Define and track KPIs tied to functional AI adoption, usage, and measurable business value (e.g., time saved, revenue influenced).

  • Partner with stakeholders to baseline and quantify ROI for AI-enabled workflows within their departments.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably focusing on internal tools, enterprise software, or digital transformation.

  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and how they apply to practical business operations (Sales, Marketing, CS).

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Proven ability to operate in Agile environments, manage backlogs, and deliver iterative value.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working directly with GTM (Go-to-Market) teams like Sales or Customer Success.

  • Understanding of no-code / low-code automation platforms and workflow tools.

  • Experience quantifying ROI for internal productivity tools.

What Success Looks Like
  • Successfully execute the 5-pillar AI transformation strategy across key business functions.

  • Launch prioritized agentic use cases that solve real, function-specific problems.

  • Drive measurable week-over-week growth in AI tool adoption within partnered business units.

  • Quantify and report on the ROI and business impact of deployed AI workflows.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
