About OfficeSpace:

OfficeSpace Software provides the leading AI operating system for the built world, that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the workplace. As a performance-based, PE-backed company, we hire based on merit and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed long-term. You’re a great fit for the role if you’re entrepreneurial, passionate, motivated by building at light speed, and an Agentic AI early adopter. Our world-class teams operate in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica in a culture of trust, respect, growth, and impact.

About the role

You own how workplace strategy becomes product reality. As a Senior Product Manager at OfficeSpace, you will shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of workplace management and employee engagement capabilities—from workplace insights and real estate optimization to AI-powered decision support and forecasting.

You will balance discovery with delivery, customer empathy with data, and AI speed with human judgment. Your job is to find the problems worth solving, align teams around the right outcomes, and turn those opportunities into products customers value.

We move fast. We expect rigor. We trust you to lead.

What you’ll do

  • Shape product strategy. Set the direction for workplace management and employee engagement capabilities by connecting customer problems, market signals, business priorities, and product opportunities.
  • Own the roadmap. Turn a multi-year product vision into a focused, evolving roadmap centered on workplace insights, real estate optimization, engagement, and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Lead continuous discovery. Partner with Design and Research to uncover customer needs, test assumptions, validate concepts, and identify opportunities before committing engineering capacity.
  • Turn evidence into decisions. Synthesize customer feedback, product analytics, competitive signals, and AI-assisted research to prioritize the problems with the greatest potential impact.
  • Orchestrate AI-enabled product workflows. Use AI agents and copilots to accelerate research synthesis, requirements development, scenario analysis, prototyping, and product communication. Set the context and constraints, verify the outputs, and own the decisions.
  • Build for the AI era. Identify where agentic AI and emerging technologies can create differentiated customer value. Turn the strongest opportunities into reliable, intuitive, responsible product experiences.
  • Drive execution. Partner daily with Engineering and Design to clarify outcomes, make trade-offs, remove ambiguity, and ship high-quality capabilities.
  • Measure what matters. Define success metrics before launch. Use adoption, customer behavior, efficiency, retention, and business impact to determine what happens next.
  • Drive cross-functional outcomes. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to shape positioning, prepare launches, drive adoption, and bring market feedback into product decisions.
  • Adapt fast. Challenge assumptions, respond to new evidence, and evolve priorities as customers, technology, and the market change.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • A track record of shaping product strategy, managing complex roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong product discovery skills. You frame problems, test assumptions, conduct customer research, and separate signal from noise.
  • Strong product judgment. You make clear trade-offs when customer needs, technical constraints, data, and commercial priorities compete.
  • A data-driven approach to product decisions, including defining success metrics and using analytics to evaluate outcomes.
  • High AI fluency. You use AI as part of your day-to-day product operating system—not simply for content generation.
  • Strong AI orchestration capability. You break product work into workflows, delegate appropriate tasks to AI agents, define context and constraints, verify outputs, and combine machine speed with human judgment.
  • Experience using AI-assisted prototyping, rapid application development, or vibe-coding tools to test ideas faster.
  • The ability to evaluate agentic AI opportunities through customer value, feasibility, reliability, risk, and measurement.
  • Clear communication across Engineering, Design, Research, and GTM teams. You turn complexity into decisions people can act on.
  • A builder mentality. You take ownership, learn quickly, and move from ambiguity to measurable impact.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
