Overview

Work IQ brings workplace intelligence and capabilities into the agents and applications people use every day. Making that intelligence available is only the beginning. Developers, partners, and customers need straightforward and reliable ways to integrate Work IQ, and agents need to discover and use its capabilities effectively to complete real-world tasks.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own consumer-facing Work IQ experiences and drive successful adoption across Microsoft products, partner agents, and customer-built applications. You will translate developer, partner, and customer needs into product improvements spanning onboarding, integration, capability discovery, usability, and end-to-end scenario quality.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a product manager who can independently drive execution across evolving product areas. You will work directly with developers, customers, partners, and engineering teams to prioritize opportunities, address integration and adoption challenges, and drive delivery from early discovery through reliable production use.

Success in this role is not measured only by the number of integrations. It is measured by whether developers, partners, customers, and agents can effectively adopt Work IQ and achieve successful outcomes.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize product experiences that enable developers, partners, and customers to successfully adopt Work IQ, using customer insights, product data, business impact, and engineering considerations to guide decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end execution from early discovery and integration through authentication, configuration, first successful use, launch, and production readiness.
  • Work across multiple product areas as priorities evolve, adapting to customer feedback, product learnings, and changes in the broader AI and agent ecosystem.
  • Improve developer and agent experiences by defining requirements for capability discovery, tool descriptions, guidance, examples, and integration patterns that make Work IQ capabilities easier to discover and use effectively.
  • Partner across engineering, developer relations, product teams, and other stakeholders to address dependencies, improve documentation and diagnostics, and drive product outcomes across organizational boundaries.
  • Engage directly with developers, customers, and partners to understand their scenarios, answer product and integration questions, gather feedback, and translate recurring needs into scalable product improvements.
  • Use telemetry, customer feedback, experiments, and representative evaluations to assess end-to-end scenario quality, identify product and integration issues, and improve activation, usage, task success, reliability, and supportability.
  • Define product and launch readiness criteria, coordinate releases with consuming teams, and monitor outcomes following release to identify opportunities for continued improvement.

  • Experience driving products or features from customer or developer needs through requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Experience driving execution across multiple or evolving product areas and adjusting priorities based on customer feedback, product insights, and business needs.
  • Experience working across engineering, product, design, partner, and customer teams to deliver outcomes when dependencies span multiple teams or organizations.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers, developers, or partners to understand scenarios, gather feedback, answer product questions, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS or PaaS environments, APIs, authentication and permissions, developer platforms, or cloud-service integration patterns.
