About the Role
Chewy is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help shape and deliver the future of subscription commerce at Chewy. The role will be based out of our Seattle or Boston Office. As a Senior Product Manager on the Autoship team, you will own high-impact ecommerce and subscription experiences that directly influence customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
You will work with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Customer Care, Operations, and Marketing to deliver customer-first solutions at scale. You will be responsible for identifying the right problems to solve based on data and customer insights, building a clear strategy, delivering measurable business impact, and continuously optimizing. This role will focus on optimizing the Autoship management experience to make it simpler, more flexible, and more intuitive for customers-driving higher engagement, reduced churn, and long-term subscription growth.

The base salary range for this role is $141,000 - $225,500.

What You'll Do
Drive Subscription Growth & Retention
- Define and execute strategy for key Autoship journeys (frequency management, payment resilience, flexibility, cancellation mitigation).
- Identify attrition drivers and deliver scalable solutions that increase engagement and reduce churn.
- Build and prioritize a data-informed roadmap aligned to growth goals.
Lead End-to-End Product Execution
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through experimentation, launch, and iteration.
- Define KPIs, lead A/B testing, and translate insights into clear product requirements.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver high-quality solutions.
Deliver Measurable Impact
- Improve conversion, retention, adoption, and lifetime value metrics.
- Move quickly while grounding decisions in data and customer insights.
- Take full ownership of results, including post-launch monitoring and optimization.
Navigate Complexity & Influence
- Develop deep expertise in Chewy's ecommerce and subscription ecosystem.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and simplify complex workflows.
- Communicate strategy and results clearly to leadership and champion the customer at every step.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer ecommerce or digital platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results (e.g., churn reduction, conversion lift, revenue impact).
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in experimentation, funnel analysis, and performance measurement. Ability to use SQL to get data and develop insights.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-scale ecommerce environments.
- Experience working on subscription-based products, recurring revenue models, or retention-focused initiatives.
- Familiarity with lifecycle optimization.
- MBA or equivalent business experience.

- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
