Chewy is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to help shape and deliver best-in-class Autoship shopping experiences. The role will be based out of our Seattle or Boston Office. This role will own high-impact areas of the subscriber customer journey.
In this role, you will define strategy and drive execution for experiences that help pet parents shop with confidence and ease. This role will focus on driving Autoship signups and basket building. You will build new end-to-end shopping experiences that span multiple parts of the funnel, as well as improve current features. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and other product and business leaders across Chewy to build customer-focused experiences and drive the growth of our business. We are looking for a product leader with a strong sense of ownership, customer empathy, and Retail business acumen.

The base salary range for this role is $141,000 - $225,000.00.

What You'll Do:
Drive Autoship Acquisition
- Define and execute delightful signup flows where customers clearly understand the benefits of signing up for Autoship
- Identify and solve customer experience friction points
- Partner with Category business teams and Promotions tech teams to ensure our Autoship promotions customer experiences address both short term (signup) and long term (retention) goals
Expand Autoship Use with Current Subscribers
- Use your customer-first mindset to build friction-free shopping experiences for subscribers to add additional items to Autoship
- Develop a basket building strategy that gives subscribers delightful opportunities to ship items with an upcoming Autoship order
- Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) to understand how basket building impacts subscriber satisfaction and retention
- Own backlog prioritization and day-to-day product decisions that balance customer impact with technical realities.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field, ideally owning customer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience in eCommerce, B2C, marketplace, or subscription-based businesses
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a comparable domain; or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data to drive prioritization and decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity.
Bonus (if applicable):
- Experience owning high-traffic customer experiences
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
The base salary range for this role is $141,000 - $225,000.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
